 To support our growing artist community, we're looking for an Artist Success Intern who is passionate about music, enjoys helping people, and is curious about technology and digital platforms.  


Your Role 

As an Artist Relation Intern, you'll support our team in helping artists get started with Winamp and make the most of our platform. 

You'll be involved in the day-to-day relationship with artists, helping them onboard, upload their catalog, set up their merchandise, and navigate the platform. You'll also support the team with artist acquisition campaigns and merchandise operations. 

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn about music, artist relations, customer success, and music tech while working closely with our team. 


What you'll do


Support new artists throughout the onboarding process and guide them through the platform

Assist artists with catalog import, music uploads and platform-related questions 

Help artists set up, publish and manage their merchandise

Support the operational management of online merchandise orders and shipments 

Assist the team with artist acquisition campaigns, outreach, follow-ups and relationship tracking 

Collect artist feedback and contribute ideas to improve the artist experience and acquisition strategy 


Who you are


You're currently studying in Marketing, Communication, Music Business or a related field

You have a genuine passion for music and a strong interest in the music industry 

You are bilingual in English at a minimum and comfortable communicating with artists in English

You are proactive and don't wait to be told what to do 

You're tech-friendly and comfortable learning new platforms and tools  

You have a solution-oriented mindset : when you encounter a problem, you look for ways to solve it


Nice to have

Knowledge of how the music industry works and how artists, labels, distributors, or streaming platforms interact

Experience with SaaS, digital platforms, e-commerce, or customer support

Knowledge of another European language
