We’re looking for a Tech Lead to act as the right hand of our CTO, driving team performance and execution excellence across our front and back-end teams. If you’re passionate about people, technology, and music, this is your chance to make a real impact.  

Your Role


1. Team Leadership & People Management 

  • Lead and mentor a team of backend and frontend engineers ;  
  • Foster a strong tech culture focused on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement ;  
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and support career development ;  
  • Ensure team wellbeing, engagement, and productivity.  

2. Technical Coordination & Delivery 

  • Act as a bridge between the CTO’s technical vision, the product orders and the team’s execution ; 
  • Support developers in day-to-day challenges (backend & frontend) ;  
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews, best practices, and testing strategies ;  
  • Help structure and prioritize workloads with a strong delivery mindset ; 
  • Collaborate closely with product and other teams to align on priorities.  

3. Integrations & External Partnerships 

  • Work closely with the Integration Manager to oversee external technical partnerships ; 
  • Participate in discussions and negotiations with technical providers ; 
  • Ensure smooth delivery and reliability of integrations. 

4. Continuous Improvement 

  • Identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery speed ; 
  • Promote modern development practices and agile methodologies ; 
  • Support performance optimization and scalability initiatives. 

Who you are

  • Experienced Software Engineer (5+ years), with exposure to both backend and frontend environments.  
  • Proven experience in team leadership or people management.  
  • Strong technical background (backend-oriented, but comfortable discussing frontend topics).  
  • Passionate about mentoring, team growth, and building high-performing teams.  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and hands-on when needed. 
  • You’re fluent in French and English (written and spoken). 

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-growing tech or scale-up environments.  
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js…).  
  • Experience working with external partners or managing integrations.  
  • Previous experience in music or digital entertainment. 
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
