We're looking for an experienced Lead Back-end to drive our backend development and lead our engineering team to new heights. If you’re passionate about music, technology, and leadership, this is your chance to make an impact.

Your Role

• Lead & mentor the backend team, fostering technical excellence.
• Architect and develop key features with clean, maintainable code.
• Implement and review integration tests for high-quality code.
• Guide developers through code reviews and best practices.
• Solve complex technical challenges with robust solutions.
• Optimize performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams to align technical strategies.

Who You Are

• Senior Backend Developer (5+ years) with leadership experience.
• Passionate about clean architecture and best practices.
• Strong expertise in OOP, CQRS, .NET Core/.NET 5+, C#, ASP.NET (WebAPI).
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, Redis.
• Proficient in Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, RESTful APIs, and Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, PHP, JavaScript, C++.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, Remix.
• Knowledge of Redis, Docker, CI/CD, mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Open-source contributions and pair programming experience.
• Passion for music.
