We are looking for a motivated and curious HR Trainee to work with our HR Manager for a period of 3 months (or more). This internship is a great opportunity to get a 360° overview of HR operations in a fast-growing, start-up environment while having a direct impact on projects from day one.

What you'll do

You’ll support the HR team across various operational and strategic topics :

1. Admin & Organizational Support

Assist in the transition to a new payroll provider
Set up the onboarding process in Odoo
Help organize team-building events

2. HR Projects

Contribute to the creation of an HR FAQ in Odoo
Support onboarding & internal trainings
Help implement a new performance review proces

3. Payroll

Assist with payroll processes in Belgium, France and Luxembourg
Support administrative tasks related to compensation

4. Recruitment & Employer Branding

Help source candidates and screen CV
Participate in interviews and manager debriefs
Maintain and improve the careers page
Review and harmonize job descriptions

Who You Are

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Business, Management or similar fields
Must have a valid internship agreement from your school/university
Available for a minimum of 3 months
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
Creative and not afraid to think outside the box
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Fluency in both English and French (spoken & written) is a must
